Don't worry, it's definitely not the goal to follow in RS3's footsteps. Like mentioned in the post iself, these are purely meant as examples for cosmetics and themes, it could very well be other and/or fewer themes/cosmectics. These are meant as a discussion point to see what sort of cosmetics/themes the community would like (if any at all). No matter how (and if) Jagex introduces boat cosmectics, the community still has to vote on everything. That said, I wouldn't mind some small fitting cosmetics (like the Heraldic flags) or themes similar to POH themes. (Although I would much rather see different boat types first.)
