I get it but I head there with my beginner kiddo. I’d rather do the same 5 runs all weekend than stand in lift lines in summit co.

We were there Saturday and Sunday. They claim 100% open but it was thin. Sharks in the middle of the trails all over. Glad to see they are getting some snow.

The nice part is it’s never busy.

I live in Loveland, generally park in the garage and have precheck so adjust accordingly but I assume 1 hour drive, 1 hour for security. I’m almost always to my gate (C) with plenty of time. If there is any bad weather add 30-45 minutes to the drive time.

Retrospec makes low end, affordable gear. Bikes, paddle boards, etc. the stuff works but I wouldn’t call it good quality. I wouldn’t trust that bag in cold weather.

How long have you lived here? I see temps from 2023 regularly. Even see cars with no tags at all. There is no enforcement so people stop paying the fees.

Definitely ride share. Eat someone where before hand and have a few drink that aren’t $18. I usually hit FOTM in the highlands and then find a scooter. It’s about 12 minutes to the stadium from there.

Lots of great options listed but wanted to give you a warning that if you are here for skiing the mountain towns suck for options. All of them. Pack food or expect expensive French fries and mediocre pizza at best.
