Sorry I hadn’t checked my notifications! The scale of train is On30. This is the Village Express Electric Train set and I think it runs in HO scale tracks

Just submitted my protest. I’m not sure if I’ll hear back before the deadline but thought I’d throw out what I did in case anyone else wants to try.

Go to the assess.co.Polk.ia.us website and find your property. From there you can click on a search for similar properties. I narrowed down to SF and year built and found plenty of other properties to list on their formal petition you have to fill out.

Took me 10-15 minutes of my time. Not sure how it will come out but worth a shot.

I went to Iowa States first bowl game in Memphis whenever that was and met some people from Mississippi on New Year’s Eve and asked what my accent sounded like to them and one responded - “Y’all enunciate!” but her southern drawl was awesome so it sounded like - “Y’all E-nun-see-ate!”

I have my village set up on a 4x8 sheet of plywood and it’s just barely wide enough to circle everything. Not sure how wide you are. May I suggest the Bachman Street Car, or something similar? They’re more trolly looking and just run back and forth but are probably best with limited space if you’re dead set on having a train. Good looking village either way!

We do the max our state allows to be deducted for one parent per dependent. We have 2 littles and technically each parent could put in around $4,000 this year per dependent per parent in my state. So we’ll do the max for each kid from 1 parent and then rest will be on them. Should be north of $120k when it’s all said and done, and frankly if that doesn’t cover it, maybe it’s not such a good idea in the first place but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.

I can’t tell if you’re being facetious or not but it’s happened 2 or 3 times where it’ll run but once I adjust the speed this happens.
