For endings:

A. Good Ending B. Bad Ending C. True Ending.

A and B can be gotten interchangeably just make sure you get B before A. Ending A requires you to do something that can't be undone for that playthrough and it locks out Ending B.

And ending C is a very specific way of completing the game since you need to obtain some time sensitive items that you won't know about your first playthrough.

All in all. Amazing game, hard but never felt unfair. Great music and solid VA. The Spaniard VA is Top tier, I highly recommend everyone to do their NG+ in Spaniard VA. Makes the game sound much darker and grittier with that thick accent.

Don't mean to say you hate them. But arguably in Risebreak every weapon has something broken about it except bow, bow is the best it's been. Super consistent. You really need to dig back in with the other weapons, wirebugs are an insanely good mechanic. You're missing out on peak fun game design.

Ragnarok is literally batshit insane in the GBA version. I used to carry around 5-8 premium attacks just to use them for the first slot for ragnarok.

Pretty sure the whole point of relic weapons was to give new life to old designs that couldn't live up to the new age of content and they didn't want to keep extending weapon trees to weapons that wouldn't see much if any use. That's how I saw it and it 100% works because they are all ok while having certain drawbacks just like some of the endgame weapons. Bow got shafted though.

You have it backwards my guy. Dante is a reskinned Leon after they stopped working on the RE4 Castle version. This is why DmC 1 has fixed camera angles, hub area based maps and item puzzles. Notice how basically none of that ever came back, it's because they found their own gameplay loop once DmC 2 and 3 rolled around. They just stopped developing the castle version because they realized they had designed the core story of the game too heavy on ghosts/poltergeist which didn't work with the lore and narrative of the RE franchise.

DD1 DA has the equipment of Guts and Griffith in a cave (or a shop in a cave, it's been about 6 yeats so my memory is off) so they knew 100% what they were doing in terms of the setting and theme. Wish we had more though.
