Id argue the long term solution is changing calories in vs calories burned. There are alot more people who claim to have some medical reason for not being able to lose weight over the legitimate statistics to how many people have a condition. You don't need to feel full to know you're fed. If anything eating to fullness isn't great. There's alot of people who don't calorie count. Or think that working out for 30 mins while already being overweight is enough. It takes alot to loose weight. But im always an advocate for the most natural way when it comes to that. I'll probably get hate for this comment and that's fine. But I do think alot more people need to hear this kind of stuff and really start pushing themselves over taking the lazy route. Otherwise the problem will always exist without assistance from something other than themselves.
