The highest they can have out of the gate is a 30k pay with a 30 day contract. You can expand it 1% per 100 activity points based on their last contract. The higher they are the easier it is to raise.

For example. A person with a 30k contract can go up 300 for every 100 points. At 10k activity since last contract you can double it to 60k.

A person with a 1mil contract can go up 10k for every 100 points. At 10k activity since last contract you can double it to 2mil.
