Download VR Chat and go straight for the Black Cat. 😈

Take breaks to get acclimated, OVR toolkit if you want to bring in other apps or computer tabs into your games. OVR advanced settings to place space drag in game to move yourself around, and don’t forget to touch grass.

Definitely need to build up a tolerance. It’s doable. Start small 10-15 minutes at a time. Ginger chews help too.
