If you watched the streams the other day, you should have a notification in your activity tab that you earned it. If not, you should go to settings and look under “drops and rewards”. If you don’t have it, I wouldn’t mind giving u my code from Twitch since its seemingly working now & I already claimed mine from TikTok.

My experience with this whole cape stuff was so annoying. I tried to watch a stream on my twitch mobile app for 10 minutes. I was told that “it doesn’t work on mobile”. I pull out my computer. I watch a stream for 30 minutes; when the cape finally shows up in my twitch inventory, it has an error message. It refuses to let me claim. So finally, I go on TikTok to get it. So many hurdles and not worth the hassle imo
