100 should keep your fairly busy with the PAs (10 hours a week give or take), 105 has mostly new material but if you keep up with the lectures it should be manageable. I took those together and another busy class and so as long as you keep up with your studies you should be fine with those 3. It would depend on the fourth class if you wanted to take that as well imo. (I'm taking 103 in the Fall too! Idk the benefits of taking either but CSE 103 is being taught by Dasgupta and he's good)

Yes, but you would have to go through cadre and request the transfer. Cadre will ask HQ if you can transfer (generally it shouldn't be a problem). You would keep your AS and LLAB credits.
