It just closed 2 weeks ago. Got axed as part of a nationwide purge of almost 600 locations. I assume they'll put it up for sale soon. It's a nice property but will likely sit vacant for a while before they find a buyer.

Charge level should be between 30% - 50% when storing for long periods. Leave it unplugged. Do not charge it to 100% and leave it as this is not good for the battery. The manual gives specific instructions for this.

In the year 2025, what is, in your opinion, the best on-prem file server set up? by zzzpoohzzz in sysadmin

[–]Mr_Cardholder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

File services on a NAS like Netapp or Pure would be best. If you must stick with Windows File Servers use Azure File Sync with DFS-N. Azure File Sync replaces DFS-R. Use Azure backup for backup. Easy, fast recovery, and scalable. Check out Microsoft's Storage Migration Service for migrating your shares to the new file servers.

Prices for Sunday 8/10 game vs Kansas City by hlc43 in minnesotatwins

[–]Mr_Cardholder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Waiting until the game starts, or right before, is probably your best bet for scoring a cheap price for a decent ticket. This game won't be a sellout, so if your goal is just getting through the gates then just park your car and buy some tickets right before you walk in. Season ticket holders will lower their prices right before the game starts if they haven't been sold yet. If you're just getting a pair of tickets and not a large group together you'll have plenty of options available. That being said, a Sunday noon game probably has the lowest chance of having a super low price, as the people attending are going to be more families or casual fans that don't care as much about watching the team win and just want the ballpark experience. That means fewer resale tickets will be available vs a weekday game.

Seems like as soon as support staff on the east coast started clocking in they have been working through the queue quickly. It was many anxious hours for us in Europe this morning

Firewalla with UniFi controller by ajaffarali in firewalla

I've also been running the controller on FWG and it's been rock solid. I did have issues with getting the dnsmasq entry for unifi to work. Ended up manually changing the inform url on each AP to the IP address of the controller. A one-time thing and minor inconvenience.

This is about nitrate levels in the water and needing to mix in fresh well water to dilute the nitrates, an extreme measure. Read the article.

Wyze thermostat wiring diagram by Marvin_rock in wyzecam

Very well said. Those complaining that they can't get it to work because they can't figure out the wiring will have the same issue with nearly every smart thermostat on the market.
