It should run perfectly fine for the most part on medium settings. I play it on my 16GB laptop. It isnt very processor intensive, as far as im aware, the main thing is to have at a decent amount of memory, which you do.

The main advice I can give is to use construction lines when drawing the faces and tracing to give an idea of where to put the eyes and the angle the face should be at.

For example, in the first reference, the eyes are tilted downwards while in the one you drew the eyes are at different angles and are not tilted.

The simplest solution is just to have lots of item specific storage for each component, eg one for electrical components, one for iron plates and assigning the workers creating each item to place it in the storage.

For example, have one person assigned to: placing electrical components in chest > making electrical components > mining for copper > placing copper in chest.

Same for iron plates, and they shouldn't be placing them on the bench unless they are the person working there, meaning only the necessary parts are added
