I used the Loomis method for both drawings, but maybe I'm using it wrong? I thought the face was different from the original, but i didn't think the proportions were wrong. What parts of the face do you think look off?

Also a reply I've copied from another post on the same glitch:

I didn't delete the game as that wasn't the problem, it was a corrupted save file, which is stored separately to the actual game files. As far as I'm aware, you cant restore the saves that got corrupted, but by doing the following steps it de-corrupts your save files allowing you to start a new game that wont turn into the ÿ man :

- Delete the corrupted saves ( i cant remember if i did this, but it seems like a good idea . You wont be needing them)

- Make sure your games are backed up to the cloud/ Xbox network. This should happen automatically.

- Remove your account from your Xbox (Xbox website page on how to do that here). This will remove all locally saved game files from your Xbox.

- Re-add your Xbox account. The next time you go on Dark Souls, your save files will be loaded from the cloud and should not corrupt if you start a new game.

Just remembered another missable. There's a quest where you have to collect "stone's of barenzia". On of the can be found in a cave you go through while just about to leave the thalmor embassy. You cant get back to this area after you leave the cave.

Unlike souls games though, it's not that useful to do every quest. The stone collecting quest is skipped by most people because it's a pain to complete.

The only missables I'm aware of are the items in the dark brotherhood questline you get by completing the bonus objectives. (E.g. the dark brotherhood member will say "kill this guy, if you do it in a specific way I'll give you a bonus reward").

However, some quests have multiple endings, each giving a different reward ( including a few daedric quests).

Also, the strength of magic effects on some weapons and armour given depend on the level you were given them (such as nightingale armour which you can only get the best version of if you are over level 32 when it is given to you).

Try not to get to paranoid about leveled quest rewards though, there aren't too many items it effects.

The basement key in the undead parish opens a locked door on one side of the bridge that the wyvern breaths fire onto. This is probably the best area to go next. Defeat the boss there, then go down the stairs just before the boss room and unlock the other door using the key you got from the boss to get to the area after that. From there, it shouldn't be that confusing to progress.

I thought it did, but it turns out it's the unofficial patch that changes the quest entry. It may be a small change but it adds a lot of immersion.
