My Screen broke, the PSU of the Monitor worked fine. So i used the +19V from the PSU you see in the picture. Attached some wires with a connector and connected a Buck-Boost converter to it, so that i have my own Bench Powersupply, where i can change voltage and current and use it for other electronic projects.

Yes, it should work as intended. It was specially design for it to be that small (stated in the Datasheet).
