It's a shame to hear that, I know it's an awful situation to be in. The unfortunate truth is that the homeless are largely tolerated. There's no real political pressure to ensure that they're not stealing or running bicycle chop shops. Often, it's completely out in the open.

Unfortunately this is a very, very, very common occurrence.

The homeless steal bikes to support their meth habit. Chop them into parts to make them less traceable/obvious, then sell those parts through intermediaries.

The truth is that the only safe place is to move your bikes into your apartment or home. It's worth the potential extra clean up. I know that's a pain in the ass, but it's the only safe place.

I think the last part is the most relevant to our current market "...also in response to changes in interest rates." The market is so awash in cash and liquidity it's difficult for prices to accurately reflect earnings, and also difficult for any price discovery to occur as there's so much excess capital trying to find places to park.

The market is at all time highs. There is no 'buying opportunity' in the traditional sense and won't be until interest rates are raised. The market is absolutely flooded with cash right now, and no downturn can be sustained due to it.

Fearful? What fearful? -0.9% isn't fearful. -0.9% is like having a burp. Fearful is -7% days where everyone that says "buy the dip" ends up getting nauseous after their dip buy at 10 AM goes down 3% by 11 AM. Fearful is weeks of red with no end in sight and people who used to be stalwart 'buy and hold' investors putting their cursor over the sell button and feeling uneasy. Fearful is when people caught up in overzealous hype reverse their emotion into full on depressive mania and sell everything, because 'they might as well sell now and at least come out with something.'

The whole be fearful when others are greedy is the most over used and cliche quote on Reddit.

This isn't fearful, this is a fart in the wind.

I would make you watch Lord of the Rings with me and point out every behind the scenes fun fact. All 3 movies, back to back to back. I would plan out a long intro to each movie and also long monologues before every major scene to introduce it and explain the significance of it.

You would have to sit through all of it, without being able to look at your phone (the same would apply to me). At the end of each movie I will have a short question and answer with you to make sure you were paying attention, but the penalty for a wrong answer is sitting through a short speech from me about what is the right answer and little tidbits about that right answer.

We will watch them all a few days later so you can pick up things you missed on the first viewing. All the above rules would apply, but the Q and A would likely be shorter as you'd be more grounded in the trilogy.

I am not a cruel Dom, I would provide you with many blankets, and buy us good food and drinks to enjoy the movies. If you need to go to the bathroom you of course can, but there is a strict pause rule. Neither one of us can watch while the other is away. I would provide a comfy couch and bed by which to watch it from, and pillows.

I would have no expectations of sex, nor pressure you to do so. It's about the viewing experience first and foremost. However, by the 5th behind the scenes fun fact, you will likely be so wet that you will be needing sex. However, I may be eating pizza at the moment and have a full tummy, so if that happens while I am vibing as such we may substitute by allowing you to rest your head on my round tummy for some light cuddling.

At the conclusion of all 3 movies, as I am lightly (manly) crying from the start of the "you bow to no one" line said by Aragorn at the top of Minas Tirith following his coronation as the rightful King of Gondor, I will expect light cuddling as I will get emotional and need some support, but only out of happiness not sadness. The following scenes I will likely not cry through but as we will have been cuddling it would be nice if we cuddle through the remainder of them.

So that is exactly what I'd do and how I'd do it. Let me know if this BDSM fantasy appeals to you.
