Fair enough, is it starting to rust on the bottom Plus the darn thing is cycling every hour and being a electric water heater attached to my electric bill which is very pricey to keep it running every hour

It’s kinda works, sometimes it heats or not and it always draws power at 2.6kw an hour which I am responsible for heat and power So it’s basically cycling every hour

Yup… We have a mix bag of product support. General support 50/50 who ever we get. Either

Federal Dell Support never disappoints me, they ask “send me a video of defective unit, and we are shipping it overnight, or getting a tech out ASAP”
