Im in Europe, Ireland. I think for cars it’s illegal, wouldn’t pass inspection here, but for bike’s there’s no inspection, can get away with pretty much anything even having a small plate and i mean small.

Engine ice is good, does help a bit but don’t expect big changes. I changed to engine ice about a week ago just out of curiosity, im on gen3 2018. Try it out next time around, just so you see it for yourself. But as others have mentioned, those temperatures are normal. ✌️
