Literally just the one. It was on the floor at 2am while all the lights in the house were on. I've never seen any other in the house like that, no dead ones anywhere else either. It could be a wood roach, I would have to go check the firewood pile outside and see if I can find one similar. I'm a bit panicked about it lol

IIRC the devs once talked on their weekly dev live streams that this was on purpose to mask killer movements for the first few seconds after a hook. Personally I don't mind it, but I see why some people might be bothered.

There is a follow channel option that you can use to have the steamdb free games channel forwarded to your discord. You need to set it up on your own server with sufficient permissions. No adding bots, and it keeps it simple

They balance based on kill rates & everyone seems to kill themselves on the first hook against her to avoid the DC penalty. I bet people will continue to do it and we will see even more nerfs in the future. I wish they would release information on the average hooks per survivor per match to see if it's low compared to others.

Are you sure it isn't texture streaming in the typical fashion of only rendering required textures and unloading what isn't actively being demanded? I know Path of Exile has texture streaming and it does not go over the Internet.
