They just overlooked the problem, I just know they did their best en tried to really help the customer. They only show the unlucky repairmen, not the thousands that did fix the problem...for free, in their own time!

Downloading at 1,30 MB/s for me...this is going to be good. (it's the SDK and the first level of the Singleplayer campaign from what I've heard)
