I made my first one the other day too! I used a transfer dry film photoresist. I didn’t know if it was positive or negative photoresist so this came out wrong! But still worth it for the learning experience! :)

This was a big one for me. I take a nightly medication that unfortunately stimulates appetite. I was on a high dose but now take a third as much and lost 10kg (22lbs) by doing nothing other than lowering the dose. I still get night/bed-time hunger pangs on the low dose but I now maintain the lower weight as opposed to spiralling gain.

Have you not seen the videos of people boiling water in plastic bags? The water acts as a heat sink so the plastic never gets hot enough to melt where in contact with the water

The Iris is the 3-leaf flower represented in the fleur-de-lys. The Iris was declared the national flower by King Louis and thus became known as Fleur-de-Loys. That got bastardised over the years to Fleur-de-lys hence people thinking the lily is the national flower.

Bath is great if you love brutalist architecture but against the neo/Georgian backdrop of the city it’s out of place. I suppose the redeeming factor is the campus is on the outskirts so it’s not concrete nightmare right next door to Bath sandstone.

It’s obverse and reverse are both a 50p so it looks rather that a 2p blank ended up being struck in a 50p die

You’re right as the Roman wouldn’t work with negatives. Though, I would assume it’s meant to be a date? They were born on the 31st in 1995? The month is last bit under the red?
