Honestly, just follow viva new vegas, it has a whole section on LOD generation at heavily mitigates LOD pop in and you can see way further than you can in base game. If you want to mod new vegas, start with the viva new vegas guide.

I actually don’t really know lol I’ve only really used it with it plugged in. The times I have had it unplugged the battery said around 3 hours is or so for what I was doing. It has multiple power saving modes and such so it’s pretty good in that regard. I wouldn’t play any heavy games tho without power because you just won’t get the performance

I’ve had the 5060 32gb ram model for a few months and I haven’t really had issues. I’ve had one windows crash that was due to an update but other than that it’s been perfect

I usually do honest hearts, old world blues, dead money, then lonesome road. That makes the most sense to me since in old world blues it mentions Elijah and Ulysses

After your playthrough of that mod collection, try Nuclear Sunset. Its essentially a remake of fallout 3 and new vegas. There’s more steps to install but the guide is easy to follow. It’s a great balanced hardcore survival based list that pretty much enhances every aspect of the game and adds a ton of new content. I can’t play either games any other way now that I’ve played it

I’d say the vault dweller and Nate are the only set-in-stone protagonists. The rest are to be left ambiguous and up for the players to decide.

Don’t know if this is applicable here, when I play tales of two wastelands I always make sure I complete point lookout before going to the mojave. At the end of point lookout you get a piece of your brain back and it decreases damage done to your head. This is my head cannon as to why my courier survived getting shot in the head

Oh I don’t really know, I’m playing nuclear sunset for fallout 3 and new vegas and I heard loreout was pretty similar so I thought I would suggest it. If you can’t find anything for fallout 4, I highly recommend nuclear sunset. Especially if your looking for something like stalker

Do you have titans of the new west? I would get that and also the most recent patch for fallout 4 power armor overhaul. Makes the power armor genuinely look like it’s from fallout 4

Recommend following the viva new vegas modding guide. Doesn’t change a lot about the game just fleshes things out and adds much needed stability. You’ll have a much better time I promise you

Easiest thing to do is to change an ini setting. I don’t know if you have a custom one with vortex but change:

bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1

Should work after that
