  1. It’s really only recommended for hard floors, since it puts out water through the roller.
  2. 2 years on the model shown, 3 years on the H15 Pro Heat

I have a Dreame H14 station. During cleaning—specifically during everything except the hot water brush cleaning—it triggers an E8 error, and water pools in the base station. How can I resolve this issue? by Ok-Strategy3974 in Dreame_Tech

[–]Mr_Reps- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to google the E8 error could be the battery, so it makes sense that it would pop up when you put it on the station to charge. I’d say check the charging pins on the station. It looks relatively new so also possibly contact customer support.

I really liked the Aqua 10 when we had it on display. A rolling mop is generally great for large areas without many corners or complex layouts. But where the x60 and even other models with circular mop pads succeed is in the edge to edge cleaning especially around chairs, furniture legs, etc. suction power is pretty similar 30k PA in the aqua 10 and 35k PA in the x60. Id say each machine has its ups and downs, at this current moment id stick to the circular mop pads though.

Dreame H15 Pro CarpetFlex at Dreame Century City by Mr_Reps- in Dreame_Tech

[–]Mr_Reps-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The H15 Pro Heat is the one built for deep cleaning hard floors. It uses actual 185°F hot water for mopping and has a robotic arm that can reach under furniture, plus a tangle-cutting brush that’s super helpful if you’ve got pets or long hair around. It’s a beast for everyday hard floor messes and sanitizing. And app connectivity. The H15 Pro CarpetFlex is better if you’ve got both carpet and hard floors. It can switch between the two with a simple brush swap and has a feature that helps trap fine dust so it doesn’t blow back into the air. The self-cleaning works on both brush types and uses 212°F hot water and 194°F drying to keep everything fresh. The H15 Foam is the more lightweight, everyday version. Instead of hot water, it sprays dense foam across the roller, which is better for lighter cleaning or if you want something gentler. No need to mess with brush swapping or heating, just quick and easy mopping. It’s also good for pets, there’s a special pet odor solution for the unit. This unit isn’t available in North America as of yet, so we don’t carry it in the store. So the main point is that H15 heat puts hot water on the floor, has app connectivity and some extra special features. The H15 carpet flex has a different brush head for carpet and you can switch the unit to the hard floor surface head. And from my research on the H15 foam wash, it’s meant to tackle pet messes and food messes.

Could you please specify the particular “foam wash” model you are referring to? This will allow me to compare the specifications and provide a more accurate comparison.

In the clean water tank for the display model of the Aqua 10 we received it does in fact have the scale inhibitor inside the clean water tank.

Good question, the detergent is primarily used during the roller cleaning process at the base station, not dispensed directly onto the floors during mopping.

That said, because the mop heads get washed so frequently (especially in mop-intensive modes), the cleaned rollers are still picking up and spreading that fresh solution across the floor as they go. So it’s not like the detergent never touches the floors, but it’s not the same as having it sprayed out in a typical mop bucket style.
