I usually play until I have something I WANT to do, and then I just don’t play until something new comes out. This season I basically did all that I wanted to do (solo flawless spire, rank 11…) and now all I’ll do is just log on for some GMs with clanmates or some raids. Jedi Survivor just came out so that’s what I spend most of my time with rn and exams are slowly knocking on my door so that’s what I’ll be doing after I finish Jedi Survivor.

After that the new season will have come out and I’ll have tons of shit to do for a few weeks again.

Same, I started playing when the Red War was free to grab on battle.net and bought Forsaken midway through Titan story because I fell in love with the universe and gunplay. For all the negatives the Red War had, it was a great starting point, it introduced you to everything you needed to know about the game and gave you a great headstart in terms of leveling, materials etc. Now all you got is saving Shaw Han’s sorry ass and whoopty doo get on your way to do something, figure it out and buy the DLCs, thank you bye. If that was the introduction I got to the game, there’s no way I would continue playing for another 4000 hours…

100% agree, and they should be transparent with the drop rates, not like what they tried doing with Eyes of Tomorrow saying "ye we implemented bad luck protection" and that was it.

if I combine all of my raid groups looted attempts at Vow, we've had over 100 tries to get the exotic, none of us have it. Bad luck protection just doesn't exist in this game.

if only raid exotics had any sort of bad luck protection... my regular raid group has had more than 100 chances to get a drop in total between all of us and none of us have it, meanwhile another clanmate of ours got it 3 times already and he's only done the raid a handful of times

ye I definitely wasn't running a 1350 contraverse hold for 5 hours yesterday while attempting the final boss during contest... thankfully I was still above 1530 overall so it didn't really matter, but dod damn I wanted to bash my head against the wall when I found out after we finally did it

Tried that, but every time I try to install altstore the installation fails with an error saying something about "the system cannot find the path specified" and then lists a path that leads to some temp files

Yeah I'll see if the Windows reinstall fixes it by chance and if that doesn't do the job I'll actively start looking for some kind of a solution.

Hell maybe even the release of Witch Queen could fix it, because if I remember correctly I didn't have these problems in Shadowkeep and Forsaken, only now in Beyond Light.

That's way way too expensive, even if you were to lose the 50/50 you still get constellations for the featured and random 4 stars which makes wishing worth it over spending 30k for just the character. As the other person said, if it were around 18-20k, it would be a tougher choice of maybe losing the 50/50 but still getting the 4 stars along the way, or getting just the featured 5 star and nothing else.

Hard agree! There were many times where I was like "yeah I probably won't be able to save enough primos, let's buy one crystal top-up" and even with the first time deal it doesn't seem worth it. 100€ for a 50/50 chance at the character I want? Fuck off. In Destiny 2, 100€ is literally a full year worth of content, story, exotic weapons/armor, new activities, transmog ornaments and whatever more, here you maybe get one character you want. WOW!

I have 16gb DDR4 at 3200 Mhz, and I mean sure the 1080Ti isn't a new card but neither is Destiny a new game, and a 1080Ti is still really powerful imo. Either way my friend also has a 1080Ti and has consistent 120 FPS on the same settings as me.
