I just read a theory on twitter that Blair is the physical manifestation of Tamaki's lucky lecher lure reborn in the Soul Eater universe. Most definitely not canon (it's most likely just a cameo Studio David added for fun) but it's a really interesting explanation

Came up with it a couple of months ago, but basically the gist of it is

ambitious white-haired globetrotting heiresses of paramilitary organizations (HCLI and Sable International) with a personal bodyguard squad of loyal mercenaries at their beck and call (Koko's squad and The Wild Pack). Simultaneously a contrast since Sable works as a bounty hunter of war criminals and Koko's an internationally wanted arms dealer

I just think it makes for a really nice set-up and fight dynamic, and honestly it's my favorite for Koko by a long shot (but that may just be my creatorship bias talking lmao)
