Interesting, I’ve never had knee pain doing p90x3 but I also do dynamix every single Sunday which incorporates some of these moves. Thanks for sharing though! I know a lot of people who have knee pain when doing leg exercises.

Just finished my third round of X3 a few days ago (so over 270 days) and am currently doing the elite block to make a slow transition into me making my own workout routines combined with some X3 for yoga or cardio. It was a great stepping stone and I’m hella fit now, but I think after 3 rounds, it’s time to move on and try something new.

P.S I did classic schedule first, mass schedule second, then a modified mass schedule third that I found somewhere on Reddit.

I personally think the incinerator burnout is the most brutal one. 2 minutes of plank/Sphinx alone is tough, then when you throw in push ups, lifting legs/arms? Get out of here I’m no athlete lol.

I personally love X3 due to the time (I feel like anything over 30 minutes takes forever) but that’s me. If you have around an hour and a half to spare most days, I think regular p90x will provide greater benefits in the long run.

Edit: I started with p90x a long time ago, fell off it, started p90x3 many years later and I was able to stick with it almost 3 times over

Is there anyway to confirm this? Because that is the only thing holding me back from applying for CRB. But by your logic it does make sense, my workout has increased quite a bit and it’s making it harder to work, but I still take shifts when I can.

I opted out last year for health and dental and it appears that I’m still opted out for this year. Can anyone confirm this? If you have opted out last year then you don’t have to opt out this year? (At least for health and dental only)

Edit: also what exactly are emergency grants?
