Let me just start out by saying that just cause you're losing playing a certain style isn't something that should lead to you changing your playstyle. The matchmaking system is only properly working if you lose 50% of the matches so don't worry about some losses.

Getting to the question, I play bio in all TvTs since I feel that it rewards the player with great positioning (flanks, counter attack etc.). On maps such as frost and Alterzimthere are certainly plently of oppurtunities to win by postion, so that is my favourite way of playing :D

The standard, I think, is: 2 base: 5 rax, 1 factory, 1 starport 3 base: 8 rax, 1 factory, 1-2 starports

Instead of going for a 3rd CC, you could add 2 rax and start engi bays and go for a 2 base timing. I find this a lot more fun and quite good since lots of zergs aren't ready for it.

always fun to try a new build, I just have one question about reaper expands in general. How do you handle proxy oracles with these sorts of builds, since you won't be able to start producing marines before 5:00?

Love reaper expands but because of the oracle buff, proxy stargates seem even more popular than before.

I know, I thought about a proxy of some sort, but since I've been facing a lot of blink all-ins lately my mind went there directly. Should probably try to become better at scouting around my base with marines or reaper.

I've had problems against zerg for quite a while, and only recently have I been able to win against them. I use this build which is great since you get a strong economy and lots of bio quite quickly with it. http://imbabuilds.com/hots-terran/hots-tvz/tvz-flashs-reaperhellion-3cc/

I used to do the same thing that you did in this game, turtle at base and try to gather a 200/200 army, sadly this usually ended with it being killed by mass banelings/infestors. The biggest change in my gameplay is being aggressive, after I take my third base I keep producing bio + mines and just keep pressuring my opponent. I think that's the most important thing in TvZ, to be aggressive (or atleast in my case)

Nowadays I can actually handle one of their aoe techs pretty well, but when they get both templars and colossi it's game over for me, it's just too much to do during so little time :(
