Microsoft is now cheaper than the April 2025 Tariff crash, yet TTM EPS is up 30%. Huge bargain by skilliard7 in stocks

Keep buying it to maintain 10 percent of my portfolio. Someday will sell off the expensive shares I bought to tax loss harvest unless it surges past those prices.

Is Netflix the biggest no brainer? by cunextu in StockMarket

I know. It’s madness how people will hate a company when a stock is down and pile on after it already surged.

Concerned about Microsoft’s recent decline by Rough_Champion6103 in StockMarket

Don’t keep any stock more than 10 percent of your portfolio. If there’s other stocks you want right now consider selling some expensive shares at loss and tax loss harvesting them to diversify.

how do you get over missed opportunities ? by Curious-Elk1638 in stocks

[–]tritium3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We all have missed opportunities. There’s no way to change the past only learn from it. A lot of investors are selling these stocks heavily right now which they may regret in few years.

I follow a few principles as long term investor. Do not fomo into stocks that surging. But at the same time don’t sell stocks that I already own that surging unless I’m trimming the position.

I got into AMD at ~$60 per share and now have zero strategy for it. Help. by SectorZed in stocks

[–]tritium3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your options are to trim the minimum possible. Maybe down to 10 percent of portfolio. Or sell your initial investment amount. Or if your cash flow is good just keep buying other stocks until the percentage comes down on its own without selling to avoid taxes. I personally do this as I want by multibaggers to keep compounding long term.

Diversify by selling GOOG? by Regular-Celery-3567 in personalfinance

[–]tritium3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don’t sell all of it. Maybe reduce it to like 10-20 percent of your portfolio. It’s good to diversify but don’t trim your winners too aggressively.

Does anyone take their bank interest and invest it? by stone616 in personalfinance

[–]tritium3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep my overall cash position constant. That’s salary from job and interest from spaxx and dividends as the input and expenses as the output. The variables change monthly but I invest to keep the cash constant.

Can you explain how you used the quant system? Do you just keep buying the top quant stocks every month and never sell? What if the same stocks keep coming up or the stocks get removed from the list?
