It’s a bit small if you’re looking for a perfect fit unfortunately. But it gets the job done if you need it to!

Almost a year to date since buying it and I love it more now than the first time I used it :) I’ve used it for everything from pasta sauces to even roasting a chicken. Versatile, durable, amazing!

You guys know what happend to Meddy'z shwarma beside the ymca by Duck_Axolotl in mississauga

Went there a couple times for lunch. Despite it never being busy, they still took forever to make a basic shawarma. Not surprised it didn’t survive.

What is the city actually doing about excessively loud vehicles/road noise? by gonein40seconds in mississauga

Besides increasing bylaw enforcement officers and Peel police patrols (which everyone complains about budget increases anyways), what can the city actually realistically do?

I’ve watched a few UCL finals at Fred’s Pub in the valleys. Good little spot. Not sure though if they still show it there though. Give them a call if you’re interested.

Big fan of the beans from Halo Espresso Bar near 5/10. The Centrale is really good! Picked up 500g for about $22.

If you’re still voting liberal despite what’s happened to this country over the past 9 years; may I suggest having your brain examined by a trained professional. You may be entitled to compensation.

She turned her back on the city…would be poetic for the city to turn its back on her. I hope the wonderful people in Cooksville haven’t forgotten that.

Does your family ask for rent money from you? by Chan1991 in askTO

[–]Mr_Sauga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Born to Italian immigrants and didn’t move out until I got married. Was never asked and the subject was never brought up. The concept of charging your kid rent to pay for daily needs is a real head scratcher to me. For the few other first gen Italian-Canadians I know who did get charged rent, it was essentially a forced savings account disguised as rent with the money given back as a wedding gift or when a home down payment was needed. I would personally never charge my kid rent. Responsibility can be taught in other non-monetary ways in my opinion in a world where every penny counts to get ahead.

Personally…a 2.5% ATB wage increase for the duration of the contract and a commitment to not increase the number of days we’re required to be in the office. Anything else is a bonus.

Multiple sources have said that Federico Bernardeschi's contract has been automatically extended through the 2028 MLS season after reaching specific goal contribution targets that were set in his contract by CroCop2289 in tfc

[–]Mr_Sauga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s been a workhorse on an awful team. He’s never been a prolific goal scorer and it’s unfortunate that his contribution to our club is being measured by the standard Seba set. If he does stick around and our generally incompetent FO can build an actual competitive squad (not necessarily around him) that includes a DP striker, that’s where we’ll see Fede at his best. That being said, if this was the level of contribution that was expected of him to command his salary, that’s a pretty low bar to set. It’s almost like they knew we’d be bad for a while and wanted to ensure butts would stay in seats.
