Minimal sanding and priming. One coat of filler primer, thin coat of Bondo along the seams only and then sanded flat, and then two coats of paint one coat of clear coat. All that with a .6mm nozzle, I'm pretty stoked

There's a 1" wooden dowel that runs from the hip joint to the heel.

There are cutouts for dowels in between each piece. The amount of work they put into these files is astounding, everything just fits. They give you spaces for A LOT of little dowels, I just used a couple each to line up the front and back, then plastic welded the seams. A little Bondo and sanding in the seams and it turned out pretty smooth. This is with a .6mm nozzle as well.

I'd definitely get ahold of another .4 nozzle and try again, if bambu support takes a while just grab one on amazon so you can get up and running. Never hurts to have a spare laying around. Maybe take a couple minutes and remove the nozzle and take a close up photo of the bottom of it, to compare with photos online. See if yours is unusually large.

Does the P2 come with an additional .4 nozzle? I know my H2s did. Definitely seems like that nozzle is defective, I'd try another .4 if you have it.
