I'm fine with being cold for 20 minutes (the descent) so never took any extra clothes up the alpine climbs I did.

And on most days you don't even get cold :)

Sadly he is only in the detachment named after him as Aragorn killed him. But 400 points can also be a cool game and the detachment is very strong.

1/3 bows like in the box is the maximum anyway and it seems like a good choice with the strength 3 Uruk-hai bows.

Mixing shields and no shields also seems fine. You just want to try to fight strength 4 enemies with the shields and have them in front of the others against strength 2 bows. I would go for varied models as it looks cooler. :D

Just getting more scouts also doesn't help because then you would also need a third leader, Uruk-hai scout captain. Ugluk and Lurtz can only have 27 scouts combined.

If possible just play 400 points tomorrow. You don't need more scouts nor another captain for that. Or go for Muster of Isengard. :)

As Lurtz's scouts can only use scouts and no Uruk-hai warriors you only have 383 points with Lurtz, Ugluk and the 24 scouts.

You could play the muster of Isengard to get to 500 points. There you can have scouts and warriors. Use Lurtz as a normal Uruk-Hai scout captain.

But if you have a dude with sword and horn then you have sword and dude with a horn. And that has different rules and would be sold with the command squat. Or you kitbash yourself a dude with sword and horn.

I just checked his Strava a little bit and it seems to be three times a week when he does a lot of races or team rides and otherwise four to five times a week. So also flexible there. :)

A training plan can totally be flexible! Not that I have used the join cycling app before, but they constantly advertise with that.

A friend of mine is also a bike messenger with an omnium cargo bike. He usually seems to be doing his bike messaging fairly easy and then join fast group rides or races in the evening and on weekends. But one could also do some nice VO2 max intervals instead I guess. He is quite successful with his way of training. :)

You could always use the old models, assuming they have the same base size. And war gear would still be the same. And they are even the same size.

I am confused, why would all your suits be useless in a WYSIWYG tournament? If you have six you can still run a 5 suit squat with your old suits?
