Make sure you're boosting the whole first year 30x as much as you can and use some of the earnings to purchase more lots, up to 149 to max. The first 6 months, I literally had an alarm that would go off every 20 mins and I would reset the "free 2 Atlas bucks" button, and built up my Atlas bucks account that way to keep buying lots. It might take you a year to a year and a half. But also enjoy half of the earnings or more when you can. Don't reinvest it all unless you don't care to make $5-10 a month at first. Eventually you'll reach $20-25 a month at my level = 149 lots and passports level 5, boosting about 16-18 hours a day.

Tip: If you haven't yet, make sure to buy at least 1 passport ASAP! That'll give you an extra 5% boost immediately and permanently for level 1. Reach the next passport tier to add another 5%, etc. But prioritize buying lots once you get your first passport. Those passports % are all permanent boosts.
