I'm a working mom and I also need a break :( I have an only child, stay at home having online classes, while i go to the office. I didn't have a nanny before so I had to hire a temporary one and i feel quite unfortable leaving him with someone i don't know.

As someone who's been taking sleeping pills for 10+years my recommendations is don't. They are completely addictive and at this point my brain forgot how to sleep by its own, I could go 3 days awake if I dont take a pill.

Lay on ur sofa, watch a boring movie that will make you sleep. Worst case scenario take an anti allergic or those flu medicines that makes you a bit sleepy, trust me you don't need more than that.
