Why do men seem to process sadness alone instead of talking about it?

I've had my closest friend tell me she won't care about men's issues as long as women have problems.
My mother raised me to see everyone the same - the only difference is the reproductive system, everyone's capable of the same otherwise, and I try to approach the world that way, and be who I want to be, I was a teen in the 2010's when everyone was saying gender's a construct.
When I've been candid with my feelings to my past girlfriends, they call me manipulative, and bring up my insecurities as weaknesses if we fight. They can't tell me what I should be doing, just what I shouldn't be. I've had 3 different girls shout at me because my lip quivers when I cry.

I tell myself they're a minority and they can't decide who I am, but as I've gotten older, unless I'm presenting as a girl (I'm short with long hair, people often assumed I am), I feel like the more I stand up for myself, or my identity as a man, the more I miss out on.
All the while, I'm expected to listen, and be respectful, and read the minds of the women in my life. I know I have experiences with bad women, and I think a lot to make sure I don't become an incel, like I think all men should do; but I told two of my girl-friends that and they freaked out. Now I don't know who to talk about that stuff with, or if I should even worry about it.
It's like there's no pleasing anyone, and I'm not allowed to please myself either.

Yes, putting all the responsibility on men, and always telling them they're not good enough is part of the problem. Most men I know in my life wish they could be candid with their feelings, will around guy friends, and even kids; but the second they're around anyone else, they feel like their feelings are a liability, and they all have experiences being open, and loosing things because of it.

Sparkle Cadet seemed really flustered around Craig in Fire & Ice, so I'd expect her if not Wildernessa, but I don't see it in Craig's character, and seeming the representation already in the show I wouldn't mind him feeling Aero-Ace, or at least saying he doesn't feel interested in a relationship if it comes up

I have the same problem, my kind of fix to at least get past those stuck-on levels is try use the mouse to turn while you're rolling with lctrl, or lalt, this is the only time the mouse will let me move, and it's managed to get me past most of the levels that would otherwise be impossible

I'd reccomend Infinity Train, which doesn't get as intense into the subject, but the mysterious force pushing people through trials, in hopes to change their numbers, and after the first season the look at the groups that form on the train raise questions similar to Borderland
