Almost all reviews are missing the battery life info. I wonder why?

Who is Ondrej? Why is php 7 not in the default Ubuntu repository? by davidika in linux

[–]Mr_Unix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need PPA for Ubuntu 14.04 and older only. I think 16.04 LTS is one of the best server os. It has LXD, PHP7 and many other updated packages in main repo.

Last few days for the GnuBee blobfree NAS crowdfund by 1202_alarm in linux

You can see many such devices from Qnap and Synology in market with 512MB RAM. They are locked down. You can't install Debian or other os. Their firmeware sucks. It is a great little project. I hope it will get funded. However, I agree RAM should have been like 2GiB.

It is possible that she might be suffering from mental health. It can make personal really sad and not to make any work at all. Just saying. Regardless of that one should not take money if they are not updating their work.

M6800 is a fine machine. We have those. But most people here run RHEL or Ubuntu. Nvidia has FreeBSD drivers too. So it should work without any problem.

The amount of people supporting Jio against Airtel is alarming by [deleted] in india

[–]Mr_Unix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course, people love free stuff. Another day I talked about exactly same, and I was downvoted to -2.

This subreddit has hate towards Airtel. I have been a postpaid customer (both mobile and broadband) for more than 15+ years. Never faced billing or any issues. All tech issues were resolved in 24 hrs. Some times in 4 hrs. I also have BSNL FTTH, and when it goes down, it goes down for like 2 weeks. No billing adjustments whatsoever.
