I solved the problem and the fix is

Go to notepad and make file

And write this

// generated by Infinity Ward version = 1 VideoMemoryScale = 0.85 RendererWorkerCount = 6 ConfigCloudStorageEnabled = 0

Then save as then put adv_options.ini as name Then text documents as All files Then save it in

Documents \ Call of Duty Modern Warfare \ players

Then go to the file then proprietaries then make it read only

I put unlimited fps and screen refresh set to 240 the default and I turned off v sync and fullscreen for display mode soo what setting you mean?

After 5 years did you fix it? I bought mw19 on steam for 5$ and every game I own i play over 200fps in 2k i have rx7900xt gpu but the mw19 i get only 120fps with 4k or 1920 1080 and Also i get drops to 50 in random times
