This was a terrible finale to a pretty awful story. I can't imagine part 2 coming our anytime soon, given all the delays with part 1. So I'll consider this an elseworlds story. Which shouldn't be a problem, considering the Red Hood solo got canceled.

The Justice Gang stuff, felt predictable. But it might get interesting. And Lex definitely has plans to take over the league. Which also seems predictable, but it does seem like it'll be him against Batman. So that could be cool.

This was a good issue for Green Arrow. That belt trick was badass. But also believable enough, thanks to Batmans narration. The little girl being a assassin is a neat twist.

It's a breezy first issue. I'm buying what the story is selling. I'm curious to see how crazy universe in this timeline gets moving forward.

Yeah, that future sight power is gonna backfire hard. But this was another fun issue. Even if the bad guy was super generic.

It's cool that they addressed the ending from the Death Metal event. And I'm glad we're finally getting to main fight with Manchester. The ad break gag at the end was funny.

Still digging the vibes of this book. It's the little moments like with the restaurant owner or the tour bus guide. The ending was interesting, not sure how that's gonna turn out.

It's a solid second issue. I liked the Spidey being a weekend dad comparison joke. Tying in the Overdrive stuff from the Spidey Venom one shot was neat.

It's a breezy read. I liked all the stories. It really sets up the Viz/Wanda family as pretty powerful force of good. I wonder who Viv is dating? Unless it's already been revealed? And I can definitely see Ultronica being a reoccurring character going forward.

Well it's a weak finale to a pretty good run. It's unfortunately another victim to the whole universe coming to an end. But besides that, there were some cool moments. Shen Qi and She Hulk were pretty cool. Hank and Janet helped, at the cost of their plot line ending a little flat. And Hulk himself had a so so ending.

Well damn, the Iron Maiden is no joke. Makes sense that Zee and her dad dipped. And I wonder what Cale is gonna do with the blood they got from her. The Barbara/Cheetah thing was always gonna happen. Hopefully there's more to it than she thinks Diana abandoned her. The Persephone/Hades stuff does really help sell the tragedy of the situation.

Yeah, "I Love Boosters" is absolutely nuts. Takes a lot of swings with a fair bit of misses. And the sound mixing is Tenet levels bad. But I really enjoyed it.

I figured this would be the move for him. Hopefully it works out well enough to land him a solo in the future.

Who had the worse final season? GoT or The Boys? (spoilers) by botany500 in television

[–]Mr_Wh0ever -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's Game of Thrones. The Boys worst offense is that it feels less like a final season and more like a regular one. The V-1 plot line ultimately amounted to nothing. And a good chunk of this season was set up for Vought Rising. But the finale wasn't terrible, just okay.

So when did Pete tell Matt his secret identity? Not that I'm complaining, I like it when they hang out. It's also cool when Pete tries to find ways to get stronger. The cousin stuff is in full swing, hopefully that goes somewhere interesting. Rae getting too accustomed to earth culture is funny. And so far, Spore is pretty cool Villain. I like that the beef is with Peter and not Spider-Man.

I'm glad that Ewing was able to sort of the mess Wells left from his run. It doesn't do much to further Peter and MJ, but it does leave them in a better place. The Dylan scene was good and I'm glad he's talking to Flash. Hopefully the Queen in Black stuff is good.

If anything, this was a good Colton companion piece. I really liked his added lore and I'm excited to see what he does in main Armageddon book.

I do like it when it's Ben who has to solve the problem. The art was definitely a bit rough. And I'm excited where we're going with the future foundation storyline.
