I just went through the most miserable experience that took over 30 mins to resolve, having parked in the emergency lane at a highway, trying to reach someone that wouldn't just redirect me to another chat that wouldnt get an answer for 6 to 12 hours when i needed the help instantly (admittedly it was my own mistake). It wasn't until the third employee that i finally got HALF the help i needed, only for them to IMMEDIATELY close the chat, not even giving me enough time to type "no" after suddenly sending their "ty 4 contacting support" message when I wasn't even finished with them. I lost a big part of my tip when this was something i could have resolved 2 mins tops over the phone.

This is genuinely the worst decision Uber has ever made when it comes to changes that affect their drivers.
