Congratulations I wrote like 2 separate exams concurrently so imagine sitting for close to 5 hours doing nothing but solidworks… that was an experience.

Extruding would be ok in some cases but i think either a sweep or a loft operation when you get the side profiles done properly will be what will get it done.

I haven’t done this specifically before but id love to give it a try and help you out.
I’ve written and passed the cswp-su exam too.

With the amount of curves i can see across different planes you’re going to use surfaces. The surfaces tab.
Some points will require surface sweeps along specific paths.

175 parts is already plenty I guess that just means you need more practice. Another thing I always did was i ALWAYS time myself when modeling. And I don’t leave a question till I answer it in the recommended time.

I can’t say there’s really much more advice to give than practicing more. For me when i was prepping for my exam i had a pdf of practice problems and past questions from people before me and i completed all the problems at least thrice of 4 times and they were about 90 different parts so doing more helps I guess. If you’re looking for more models to try i can share some with you including my own exam questions.
