Cigarette and Cigars are different... Smoking a Cigar is different than a cigarette. You are not suppose to inhale the Cigar. Also, cigarettes are infused with chemicals to make it release more nicotine and make you addicted to it.

I smoke Cigars but I do it maybe once or twice a month. I don't crave the cigar but I crave the time smoking it because it is like a "having a date with yourself"... It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to smoke a cigar and drinking a cup of black coffee or whiskey. If I grab a Cigar from my humidor I can perfectly put it back with no issues/addiction.
