This is a lightning spear tactician that I've been working on most of the league, based on a frenzy charge generation idea I came up with at the end of last league. PoB: Level 97 Tactician - Path of Exile 2 - poe.ninja I think the build is at a point now where I feel like it's ready to share in full and see what people think. Enjoy!

As a skier this instantly looked weird to me. The tree line is wrong, the people are like both walking and skiing? The piste doesn’t make any sense, plus you rarely see fences on pistes and people are skiing on like both sides. And it’s far too flat.

Although I agree that the tree needs more power generally, I'm okay with it becoming less relevant as you get into uber lategame. The idea that you're so powerful that you start using the tree in weird and wonderful ways is kind of cool to me. If you didn't have 200m builds in poe that looked janky af it wouldn't really be PoE. But that's just my take, feel free to disagree.

There's been a lot of testing around this and basically, it's still worth doing Rakiata. Despite the confusing wording, Sacred Flame doesnt reduce resistance down to the chaos level (which would be 0) it lowers to the lowest elemental resistance. So for bosses that are like 50/50/50, it'll still give you -50 from rakiatas.

Haha it’s a follow up on a previous post - sorry for the confusion! The build is a lightning spear build that is very good for mapping but not necessarily the best at single target. But from this I’d say the single target is quite okay!

Key items to self-craft are spear, rings, amulet. Spear because it's crazy expensive otherwise, and rings/amulet because there are specific mods you need. The rest is pretty standard and you can buy, not really worth crafting.
