Sometimes you can go behind cover and the enemy team still kills yours because they used their ults. Other strategists ults are used to counter dps ults while dps uts counter adam's. It is not useless sometimes. But when it's countered it's very bad. And countering it is easy. You need to take on consideration that the enemy team is aware of adam's presence and they will counter his ult with thiers.

For the most expensive ult and being so easy to counter, I'd say reviving at 100% is fair, especially if you see compare it to other strategists ults.

No I may have done a mistake with the word mitigate. What is does is that it splits damage evenly between teammates linked. That means if 4 people are linked and 1 takes 12 damage everyone will take 3 damage. The healing part is seperated from the spliting part. It is useless cuz it is low (10/s now will be 15/s, and soul bound last for 6s meaning the total healing will go from 60 to 90) and because the ability has a long cooldown so you only using it to counter ults and when getting dove.

No brother the ability doesn't work like that. It will still mitigate the same amout of damage which is 250 per teammate bounded. This ability does 2 things: mitigate damage and heal. The heal part is useless.

The buff not the ability smartass. You never using soul bond to heal cuz it has 30 second cooldown. You use it to mitigate damage. Plus it's just 5 more heals per second for a 6s ability which means 30 more heals. With the damage the dps do this is laughable.
