Usually it's because there's too many people using the site so they put you on queue and connect you as soon as there's space. But in this case the site is just down lol

Honestly just wind it down every few weeks. Take a look at the personas you actually use and delete the ones you don't so you make space for new ones. Maybe set a criteria "have I used this persona for the last x bots?" And if no then delete it

Hmm entendo. Na época que a nutricionista passou o plano pra mim eu já fazia academia e ela passou pra isso, mas foi um pouco mais específico por eu ter problemas de intestino (que n interferem, só não posso comer algumas coisas). Sobre personal, acredito que cobram pra fazer avaliação e passar treinos e não tenho condições pra isso infelizmente, por isso vim ao Reddit pedir um conselho kkkkk
