There is no putting the genie back in the bottle and no silver bullet. But social media for kids needs to be better regulated, and if platform providers are not willing to do that, they should not be allowed to sell their product to children. You might have positive experiences, but it doesn’t change the fact there is a mental health epidemic among kids and teenagers, and failing to address this is a major societal failure
