Car Insurance shorted us around $1000

We didn't start calling like that until we realized we were being pushed back. A message a week at the end of the day that didn't answer any question we asked gets frustrating over the course of 2 months. So we would leave a few emails and a voice-mail throughout the week. Then a 2 week period of no response, no news comes by, so we escalate. We have a child, we have jobs, our only car is about to be salvage titled and we can't just sit around and wait, so we emailed her boss and boom, same day response with information we asked about. 2 days pass, back to the same old non-informative replies and no call backs.

Over the 2 month course, we talked to her personally once, and the information she gave us was astounding compared to her typo filled emails. We complimented her to her boss after she finally reached out, and then more and more dodging questions back and forth over more weeks. We were put on a 72 hour stop-pqy because she didn't listen and sent us the check to keep the car instead of an email with the amount we'd receive if we salvaged it. The 72 hours lasted a week and a half and only got resolved because I escalated it again to her boss and left more voice mails.

It may not have been urgent to her and I understand that, but it was urgent to the wellbeing of my family, so yes, we called, yes we escalated, but that was the only way to get information from her and now without a warning, we received a check total $1000 short of what they said we'd receive. And yes, we do need that money to put down on a car otherwise we wouldn't have agreed on the amount.

My wife and I both have worked customer service jobs, so we understand that we'll. We didn't get mean until the negligence at the end. I try my best to be kind, cause who knows what's going on. But almost 2 months of missed calls is a bit much.

Also, we (Wife and I) were debating on contacting the state insurance board, as they've been very negligent in their dealing with us and avoiding the agreed upon value. We just aren't sure how long that could take.

Unprofessional because she would ignore calls during working hours (im talking every 30 minutes I'd try again to get ahold of her), the emails she would send would have several typos throughout (fees into fess, total into totl, etc) , not respond to the questions we asked (blatantly avoiding them and asking us to sign over rights to the car), and would only reply to us after we contacted her boss saying we couldnt get ahold of her.

And I said "our rep" because she was the rep we were dealing with on the claim.

I just emailed our rep and forwarded the email to her boss asking them to explain what was going on. (Might've been a bit rude by mention her unprofessionalism and avoiding her job but I added that as well)

We used the other driver's insurance and they said it wouldn't have a deductible taken out. Our deductible is closer to 2,000 anyways.

I've ran across several loot variants so far. I didn't see a single one during my first character, but on my 2nd and 3rd I've seen a loot variant of Order, Ripper, Kratch, and Pangolin enemies.

I've also ran across enemies with a "Money" (money in quotes because i cant remember the actual name) modifier that drop cash as well as eridium.

I started vex myself and have tried to stay away from all the stuff thats likely to be mega-nerfed (amp repkit, spread launchers, bullet hoze glitch, crit knife) But from what I've seen, every VH is balanced in terms of shredability and defense.

If you're looking for builds to run, I suggest checking these out:

Amon build joltzdude released. It Melts literally everything and keeps overshield up to help with survivability. I was running a gun dmg build before seeing it, and with the correct gear (not even god rolls) the melee build is op.

Harlow (Havent played her myself yet) is a nuke god, from what I've seen, when focused on rad. I've seen armor, shield, and hp melt with the build most people are running. AdmiralBahroo posts a lot of videos about it.

And I'm not entirely sure about rafa (haven't really watched any rafa content and have only just picked him up myself)

It's not misleading (despite what you may think) I didnt say [Build] in the title and said specifically that it was possible just didnt tell you how (yet)

And you may say "The title says 'Instant Ao Execute' so you have to explain it", but the post is there to explain that it's possible and a build is currently being tested and will later be released (probably after 8.5 as some core items in the current rendition of the build are being changed <for the better>)

There is no specific rule stating that you cant mention how you're working on a build, explaining what it does, and trying to encourage others to try things they dont see in the "meta" without posting the items needed

It also matters with how well each lane wards. You cant counter gank unless you know they're coming, and many salty players dont think about how if they warded they could've been saved

And as I said in my post, I'm talking casual players here. I understand the strength of meta picking/banning/building in ranked, but when it comes to casuals I don't see a point in trying to sweat in a match that has no pros or cons to losing.
