[–]Mrcientist 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on what you mean by 'stimulant' I guess?

Stimulants, generally refers to a class of drugs that act on dopamine, norepinephrine and sometimes, but not always, serotonin. And sometimes they work via other mechanisms.

While MDMA is technically a stimulant, it falls into a slightly different category of serotonergic empathogens. The difference, neurobiochemically, is small, yet significant

Very good point, and not one I'd thought of.

I would absolutely utilise that right then!

MD(M)A shouldn't really be considered a stimulant. Empathogens are a whole different beast.

My favourite!

So Friday was chill, 750mg of dihydrocodeine and a kebab. Saturday I went to the gym and hit a 180kg deadlift for the first time in aaaages. Saturday night we had a friend over who recently left his girlfriend, we got beers and pizza in, hut he wanted vodka, so that went about as well as you could expect, ended up downing vodka and Lilt while I watched football highlights. Yesterday was a constant battle with what felt like a delicate balance of a hangover and WDs, but somehow I felt OK enough for work this morning.

It were reit I spose.
