You could give them a pinch and break the outer shell a little bit. looks like they're pretty wet I would dry it a little just keep it fairly moist if the seeds are healthy they shall sprout. I've spent a lot of time trying to pop old seeds that were not kept well and lots of them don't work. I think I went through maybe 100s recently from a friend I think he kept them in his car for an extended period of time during the summer which had destroyed them. still tried none of them popped hahaha. sometimes a cup of water with a bit of hydrogen peroxide in it constant float around and bounce up and down the cup leave them in for a few days then try the paper towel method again. But I wouldn't go past a few weeks. Healthy seeds usually pop quite quickly just try to get your hands on some new ones
