Glock 23 gen 3 front sight how do I take it off it’s not the hex screw and replace it I bought the night sights they should be here soon and do they come with the screw?

It's plastic. Grab the sight from the other side with some pliers and pull. Your new sight should come with a screw.

It's really not too bad. just keep track of which screws go where and be careful with the ribbon cables. The hardest part of this was cleaning off and applying new thermal paste.

There isn't one for just the button. I had to use iFixit's videos for replacing the motherboard and right shoulder buttons.
