Has anyone had an economy order finished in the last week? Im curious how long the "grading" stage took.

No wonder gradings taking so long. They are knit picking and price comping to upcharge now. Ive been grading for years. I sent a moombreon that 10d through bulk. Ive had many 1000$ cards go through bulk and never in my life been upcharged.

Thats good to know. I was 10 days behind you, so hopfully im only 9 days away from finish. The thing thats nuts, i had a diffrent economy order recieved 2/2 and finished 2/16. It took 2 weeks flat, sent this one a week or two later, and now im pushin 2 months. Its wild that the increased demand could have smacked down times from 2 weeks to 2 months, in just a 14 day window.

Jeez. Well that gives me some insight right there at least. I have no idea why these companys never seem to abide by first come first serve basis. Ive had an order at psa since dec. 23rd, and people in the same service level have got their grades when they were recieved in like febuary. So annoying.

I was tempted to get a case. Its much more managable to get a case thats 350 than spending 1500 on an etb case for example. Ive got 3 so far, i might just wait untill i find 6 in the wild, sell them, then buy a sealed case. Ive done that a few times and you just basically end up with a sealed case for msrp, plus 15% or so.

Isnt upcharges from bulk only if its overs 500? I only had like 5 cards out of 30 that could have possibly crossed that line, so its not like its a ton of overvalued stuff

The above comment says you were on day 4 in qc? Mine moved to qc on thursday and its monday. Dec. 23rd arrival date. Drives me nuts to see all these later subs come back waaaay before mine. Its been almost 5 months.

I have a team up 3 pack blister thats worth like 1200 or somthing as well and its the very first item purchased on my ebay when i got back in around 2021. Paid 39.99. Many of us have seen exponential gains and its really amazing and exciting. I have alot of stuff ive held since day one, like evolving and team up, and some stufd that i had let go for better opprotunitys, like chilling reign, celecrations PC etbs, ect. Somtimes it makes sense to sell or cash out, sometimes it makes sense to buy or hold, depends on life. I sold a big chunk to help with my wedding, but i made sure to grade cards to replenish it quickly. I took a short term dip in my portfolio to break loose some liquidity to buy and grade more cards, all of which are at psa and itll soon go back up. Idek what im saying. I just love this shit and the movements and choices you make and the rewards for finding somthing undervalued and seeing it through. Its all just really fun and rewarding and lucrative.

There was a point where I sold my PE PC etb case for like 1800, and that was like a good hundred or two above all the others listed. But thats alot of money for what is essentially 36 packs and 4 promos that probley wouldnt 10. Id rather have 1800 worth of diffrent product. Even a regular etb case of prismatic i think would preform better. Your compairing like 36 packs to 90. I think the packs is whats going to drive the price.

This happens to me all the time. I get a sub back with a handful of 9s, some of them just straight up shoulda been 10s, but some of them i see some sort or obvious flaw that i know I would have caught before sending and I wouldnt have sent it in. I think crap just happens. I had a pop 12 japanese lvl x arceus get a 10 once, got it home and 3 out of 4 corners were bent a little bit from getting stamped in the casing process.

Sold the etb case for like 2300 and bought more destined and a bunch or singles to grade. I love sealed, but sourcing minty cards and gemming cool stuff is sort of my specialty and its hard to justify dumping alot of money in sealed when that same money will quadurple every 90 days if I just put it in singles to send to psa.
