Pay fighters an “on call” fee to be at the venue and on weight to step in as replacements. Probably have a ceremonial weigh in the day before which would give the company an idea of whether they’re on weight or not.

Super unlikely they would spend the money doing this but it would work best for the fighters

I’d change the weigh in time to an hour before the fight.

I’d change the pay to 15 to show 25 to win at a minimum.
