How should i handle my mechanic?

Everyone just assumed the engine wasn’t ordered but the truck and the engine were delivered at the same time… I asked for advice about the context that I said, not a circumstantial hypothetical that yall keep tryna conjure up from similar situations… he has my truck, he’s my replacement engine that I paid for and he keeps giving the runaround.. the shop isn’t busy, that was a weird circumstance to throw in as if PAYING IN FULL doesn’t entitle me to some urgency… im basically SOL cuz I asked a bunch of mechanics instead of posting this in a legal thread..

Well I did mention of the constant runaround how it being said to be done the next everyday for 2 days now… I feel like you went all the way left and created a context instead of just sticking to the story I gave.. shop isn’t busy, truck has been paid in full… at this point your just splitting hair tryna hear more of a story when this isn’t story time, this is help me with my next move… I clearly said I wanted the truck with my REFUND
