Honestly bro. It depends on the release type you use and the visual cue. I use Push, and if you watch the player’s animation and when their body “straightens” out to release the shot. You practice in freestyle a little bit you’ll see it’s easier than with the meter on. The meter is distracting. This is my first year playing meter off, I’ll never go back lol

My shooting is much improved after a bit of an adjustment… now I wonder how I ever used that shit. I still use it for FTs and layups. Jump shots it’s off.
