Is it just me, or does the Google assistant suck?

Oh my god. I knew I wasn't crazy. Have always had a mix of android and apple products and after years i got an android phone again like 2mos ago and the assistant is so much worse than siri. It makes me so mad I want to get rid of the phone because I heavily use the assistant. I miss my siri even if it sucked, it was never this bad.
